Digital Products & Trading Indicators
All purchases of TradingView indicators, Pine Scripts, digital downloads, strategy files, templates, and other downloadable products are final and non refundable once the product has been delivered, activated, or access has been granted.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
Online Courses & Training Programs
Refund requests for online courses will only be considered if:
- The request is submitted within Same days of purchase.
- Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- No completion certificate has been issued.
- No downloadable premium resources included with the course have been extensively used.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription based product or service, cancellation will stop future renewals. Any fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Technical Issues
If you are unable to access your purchased indicator, course, or digital product due to technical issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
Our technical team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If we determine that the product cannot be delivered or activated due to a fault on our side, a replacement, account correction, or refund may be provided at our sole discretion.
Incorrect Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase and before the product has been activated or accessed.
Each request will be reviewed individually, and refunds may be granted at our discretion.
Performance Disclaimer
Our trading indicators and educational content are designed to assist traders in market analysis. We do not guarantee profits, winning trades, or financial gains.
Refunds will not be provided based on:
- Trading losses
- Market conditions
- Incorrect use of the indicator
- Personal trading decisions
- Failure to follow the course or trading methodology
Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact our support team immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved by TWPFOREX A Brand of NEOINFINIT® SOFTECH, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
